What is your turnaround time?

We do our best to fulfill and ship orders out within 5-7 business days, sometimes sooner. Please note that turnaround time may be longer during holidays and can also depend on current production schedule.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

At Tinted Heritage, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. For non-custom orders, we accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days from when the item was delivered to you. 

For custom orders, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please get in touch with us via email at hello@tintedheritage.com, or via our contact us form on the website.

Custom Items

Are you able to create a custom item or design?

Yes, please reach out to us and we would be happy to work with you on a custom item or design. Please note, a design fee may apply depending on the complexity of the item and or design. You can contact us via the contact form on the site or dm me on Instagram @tintedheritage and we can talk about your special project!

Are you able to engrave my logo?

Yes, we ask that all logos be sent in black and white and in either PNG or SVG format.

 Can you do custom Wholesale Orders?

Yes, please reach out to us directly for any wholesale inquiries.

Shipping

Do you all ship Internationally? What are the shippings costs? 

We currently only ship within the United States. Shipping rates are dependent on cart value.  

Upto $20 - shipping is $4 

$20-39 - shipping is $7 

$39- $99 - shipping is $12 

$99 and over Free Shipping 

 

Do you offer local pick up?

Yes, local pick up is available in Millburn, NJ. Please select the local pick-up option at checkout. An email with the address and pick up instructions will be emailed to you when your order is ready. 

Wood Products

Why is the engraving on my board lighter or darker than what is shown on your website?

Because our boards are made of all natural woods, the engraving will vary depending on the specific grains of that board. Each board will be unique and one of a kind.

Do you apply any finishes to your cutting/charcuterie boards?

No, we do not apply any type of finish to our boards, however we do suggest that you use food safe mineral oil on your boards once in a while to keep it looking in its best condition.

Can I place my cutting/charcuterie board in the dishwasher?

No, please only hand wash board and hand dry with a dish towel. Do not soak the board in water or put it in the dishwasher. We do suggest that you use food safe mineral oil on your boards once in a while to keep it looking in its best condition.

Why is there an imperfection in my finished wood product?

Occasional imperfections such as knots, slight roughness, grain patterns, or difference in color is common with natural wood/plywood. Please know that each piece of wood is unique and the colors, grain, etc. wont look the same on any two pieces.

How to care for my wood and marble products?

Wipe clean with damp cloth, do not soak. Marble is a natural porous material: avoid foods rich in color that may cause staining such as beets, balsamic vinegar, wine, etc. Natural oils from cheeses may cause staining. To remove, wipe with a mix of water and a mild (non-citrus) soap. Let it sit for a few minutes and wipe clean with hot water. Wipe wood clean with a food-safe wood oil. Marble is a natural product, veining and coloring variations might occur.
